The Noir Membership Terms and Conditions
*You certify that you are at least 21 years of age.
*Noir reserves the right to refuse entrance or service to anyone at any time for any reason.
*Smoking is prohibited indoors. You are free to smoke on our outdoor patio.
*All members and their guest must conduct themselves in a responsible manner.
*Any members in good standing and their guests shall be able to use the club during the posted hours determined by Noir.
*Memberships are valid for one year.
